Michael graduated from Oakland University with his BA in Sociology. He spent several years working directly for the CEO of Enlighten Technologies which has since transformed into Detroit IT; one of the top tech companies in the Midwest. Working for three years on developing a software that would change the game for high schools, Michael and his partners birthed My Campus; the modern network for the modern school.  

Daniel Vera

CEO & Co-founder

Daniel has his B.B.A. in Management with a minor in Marketing from Walsh College. He also has his Business Soft Skills Certification from Oakland University. Daniel has been involved with several mobile app projects since college but has devoted his last two years to My Campus.  "...A software that provides tools all of us would have benefited greatly from."


Matthew Parker


Matt has a double B.A. in Communications and Sociology with a minor in Entrepreneurial Business. He has several years of experience with start-up ventures and has started many himself.

Gregg Ozga

Patent Counsel

Gregg's practice involves the prosecution and litigation of all intellectual property matters, including licensing, joint development and employment agreements, patent validity and infringement opinions, and the preparation and prosecution of patents, trademarks and copyrights.He has performed numerous investigations and drafted many opinions regarding non-infringement and patent validity. In particular, his approach to the investigation into the validity of patents is to explore all possible avenues for prior art. His “no stone left unturned” strategy when investigating patent infringement has enabled his clients to continue doing business with confidence when they initially thought that their business would be disrupted because of competitor’s patents.Gregg is a member of the Michigan Intellectual Property Law Association (MIPLA), the American Bar Association, and the Intellectual Property Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan, and the Automation Alley Consortium – an organization dedicated to promoting the development of technology companies in Michigan. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from Albion College, and his Juris Doctor degree from Michigan State University Detroit College of Law.  

David MacDonald

Corporate Counsel

David MacDonald counsels clients on business formations, business mergers and acquisitions, purchase and sale of real estate, leasing of commercial, industrial and retail property, condominium and subdivision developments and loan documentation. Many of his clients include automobile dealerships, real estate developers, electrical contractors, manufacturing companies, restaurants, wholesalers, banks, physicians and entrepreneurs. He attended University of Michigan for his B.B.A. in 1989 and DePaul University College of Law for his J.D. in 1993.
